The room was just what i needed. It was very clean and the sofa bed was comfy with a memory foam mattress. the food in the orangery was excellent and a seaview, was the icing on the cake. breakfast was very good! and the beach and coastal path was within easy reach.
The service in the orangery restaurant was unacceptable! long wait to actually enter the restaurant at the time booked. there was a long wait to order and lack of knowledge about dietary requirements. Allergies. a mistake in the final bill was charged to my room by the restaurant staff.

professional attitudestaff carelovely foodbroken irondifferent sockettissue absence
I found the hotel staff professional. This enhanced my stay. The bar staff Rhys, Jamie, and Mary especially cared for every request. I appreciated that. The food in the Orangerie restaurant seemed lovely.
The iron in my room did not work. It caused some inconvenience. I tried two different sockets, but it did not heat up. There were no tissues in the room. That was a slight oversight.

The Aura bar had great dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds offered wonderful scenery. Kirsty at customer care was especially helpful!
The bed was firm. It caused some discomfort. The hospitality tray felt sparse. There was even only one spoon on the tray! I found that odd.
